After experiencing the benefits of Gluten Free Living I realized if I wanted to continue to eat delicious breads, cookies and cakes that I would have to make them myself.  Thus began my experimenting with the many gluten free flours available. Baking is a passion and I spend many happy hours developing recipes that taste every bit as good as the wheat based products everyone is used to. My home baked products are made with the finest ingredients available, locally sourced whenever possible. Items may contain nuts, eggs (most from my own chickens) and dairy, but you will find no wheat or other gluten flours.

I hope you enjoy my creations, whether you have a wheat allergy or not, they are simply delicious!
